Our underwriters are keenly aware of developers’ needs for timely responses to their financing requests and they make every effort to get an answer to the developer well ahead of deadlines.

No matter how vigorous the underwriting process is, occasionally an investment does not meet expectations. House Investments’ approach to performance is to monitor its investments through the careful review of financials, on-site inspections and regular communications with the developers. When it is apparent that performance is lagging, House Investments will become more involved with the operations of the property to find a resolution. This early intervention approach provides an opportunity to fix a problem before it becomes a crisis.
